It took that personal touch and desire to find out why I couldn't get my car registered. It did finally take a team to resolve the issue rather than being turned away having been told I needed more paperwork.
Today I spoke with a customer service rep for about 20 minutes starting at about 1055 AM. I don't remember his name (I didn't write it down), but he was very helpful. I had received a letter from a company in California about past taxes and the rep was able to help me. He was professional but friendly and helpful. Thanks, Denton Tax Office for having such great employees!
