Chronically understaffed. Having a bank of America account comes with some conveniences, visiting a Bank of America location, especially this location, will cost you hours out of your day. This company sacrifices customer service in order to make an extra dollar. Whenever I can set aside an entire day of my life, I'll be closing my account, because if my past experiences here are any indication, thats how long it will take. I dont know if there are better alternatives in the area, but i would give them a chance before BofA.
BOA is the worst bank in the whole world! They never care about their customers and no credit at all!! We purchase Clover station from BOA, their salesman told us this is new equipment and would not have any problem at least for 3 to 5 years, and in one year warranty, we can replace anything free even printer paper is free too!! Sounds so attractive right? But nothing he told is true! The tablet, printer, cash drawer all become to have trouble after 7 months!!! And we are informed the machine is out of warranty, only option we have which is replacement. And the totally cost is almost another $700. That is not the worst part. Even we are willing to do the replacement. They only offer 30 days warranty for their new equipment since this is replacement!! Oh my Gosh, how terrible it is!! Oh. One more thing, their are no free printer paper at all!!
This bank features a bookcase facade of fake books, which is ironic because it symbolizes their facade of a being a good bank with customer service and behind the facade is absolutely nothing. Be prepared to wait my in line at this only branch in all of Denton.
Terrible bank as a whole. I called to change the address on my account, took me two hours on the phone with an outsourced call from India. Not only that..I got overdraft protection and was charged a $30 overdraft fee! My sister had her card stolen at a restaurant, immediately cancelled it and they thief was still able to use the card, stole $1500 from her. They caught the guy and what's even worse, they wouldn't reimburse her saying she owed the bank. Disgusting!!!
