When I first arrived at this store, it looked like an old gas station with bikes out front. The bikes I had seen out front were used bicycles and some of them were still a little bit dirty. When I entered the store, I observed a guy with dreads in the back helping a customer. This store is unorganized and cluttered and dirty. When I entered the store and saw a guy behind the counter, he just stared at me as if to say to me "get out!". He didn't speak, he didn't greet me, and after leering at me...just ignored my waving at him and me saying hello. Really?!?! This is a business right? Guess not. Another guy came over to me and spoke out over the "rude boy" named Cane. He gave me several bits of information that was very helpful, but it was the only reason this store didn't get a negative entry. If I am about to spend $1,200 on a bicycle, I want to know that the place I'm buying it from is going to be worth my money and my time and my efforts. I was turned off immediately after entering the store and this "rude boy" did what he did... Everything thereafter was just confirmed, that this was not a place for me to make my purchase. The guy with the dread hair came to the front of the store, he passed right by me and he didn't speak to me, he didn't greet me, and he didn't even acknowledge my presence. Wow!, I thought. Maybe I'll go somewhere else because this was a definite mistake coming here. I did spend my hard earned money, but not here.
Scott is awesome! So knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service!
Bought a Jamis mountain bike this past week from them. Got really good service. Kevin seems to know what he's talking about when it comes to a wide variety of bikes. Overall was impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend them.
Bullseye Bike Shop build their bikes like an artist. They truly love their craft and they do great mechanic work. They make sure you are happy with their work. I would highly recommend them. They also sale new bikes and have the best selection of used bikes compared to nearby dealers. This is a picture of a custom conversion.
Even though they were busy from school starting, they graciously took care of my bike tires and small adjustments on the spot. Very capable staff who seem to really care about what they are doing. Great service!
