Why do family court systems set court orders up so that families have to continuously spend time and money coming back to court? Why are people threatened by judges an attourneys with contempt if the don't make agreements or pay thousands of dollars to defend themselves? When in a custody case, the cases state IN THE INTEREST OF (child), how is all of this in the best interest of a child? Why do the courts focus more on co-parenting rather than focusing on what's actually best for the child? Family Courts allow abusers to be around children when the opposing party can't PAY to protect the child.
It's a really nice Court House there is a lot of history there just be sure to bring a fat wallet with you when you come to visit!
Pathetic security. Telling citizens in public they cant film in public. What kind of court allows people's rights to be crapped upon?
