Was at #Dillard's shopping for an interview outfit when two young girls enter the dressing room next to me. they are trying on homecoming dresses. I told one of the girls that a dress looked great on her and I hear snickering from afar. Ignoring it I walked back into the dressing room and changed, they are still trying on dresses as I come out with outfit #2 this time I hear snide comments followed by uncontrollable laughter which is coming from two employees working the Miss Me section. this time I changed into my regular clothes, come back out, and got one of the employees attention. She says "are you okay?"I said " no, do you really think that making fun of two young girls is okay?" She said "we weren't making fun of you and your friends." I said " friends? I don't know them. they are two young girls looking at dresses and instead of helping them, which is your job, you're making fun of them? What kind of person does that? That is mean, who the hell gave you the right!?" She comes back with, "we weren't, I was laughing at my hair." I retort " that's not funny either. Where is your manager? " she lies and tells me the manager left. This is when I'm like, bullshit. Ill go get one, so I did. those employees do not deserve to have a job especially if you think they pay you to sit around and make fun of little girls when you should be acting like a role model. There are people in denton that would love to have a job, you're going to act like it's a joke? obviously you're not ready for the real world maybe next time you females will think twice about being bullies. Anyways, the manager was furious and I really hope they get fired for harassment.
I'm not a fan of shopping and it can be overwhelming, but Jessica, in the men's section, helped me find everything I needed. She asked the right questions to figure out what I really needed. She did a good job of explaining the differences between different styles and fits.
What is going on at Dillards?? Over the past 12 months I've had to return 5 items, because they were defective. This includes mens and women's clothing and bedding. They have some nice looking clothes, but I get them home and find holes, tears, and seams not sewn. Has anyone else experienced this?
Alot off out dated clothes,clothes dirty.wait to check out too long. Layed clothes down and left
I had great service from Sharon. I went over to another dept (Calvin klein) and the two salespeople were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge me. One was very impressed she could cook vegetables jn the microwave. I was in the dept at least 10 minutes.
Sharon should get 5 stars the other ladies should go home.
