I usually never write reviews but I feel I was left with no choice. I ordered a floral arrangement online before the business opened for the day. I received a call around and 1pm letting me know that my order could not be fulfilled bc they were out of the vases for the arrangement I purchased. I was very understanding and asked what my other options were just to be told I had no other options bc they were booked up for deliveries for the day so I could shop elsewhere. I asked why they would wait so late in the evening to notify me, it's V-Day and way too late to reorder flowers. The guy asked why did I wait til the last minute to order flowers. Very rude. I asked to speak with the manager and he said she's busy and hung up on me. I called back and the same guy answered and I told him he was being very unprofessional and demanded to speak with a manager. He said she's not available and stop tying up the line and hung up again. I heard laughter in the background. I called a third time and finally spoke with the owner who justified his wrong doing, offered a bland apology then proceeded to asked if I wanted another arrangement for the same price. I cancelled my order. Never do business with these unprofessional ppl. I've never been so disrespected in my life.

Extremely dissappointed in the arrangement that was sent. Roses were almost dead and carnations were substituted for the majority of the roses. When I complained they made excuses but said they would change the arrangement out and the arrangement they replaced it with was even worse! I would NOT recommend this florist.

TLDR; Bottom line: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE FLORIST. They are dishonest and do a poor job with the arrangement. If I could give 0 stars I would.

In talking with my mom, I found out she contacted The Florist to work out a pick up/delivery time. She said the florist was very defensive and never apologetic. The Florist even HAD THE GALL TO SAY TO MY MOTHER, the recipient of the flowers, that The Florist can take the cost of the delivery fee out of the arrangement (I'm inferring this means she can make a less than great arrangement and claim the delivery fee made her do it, but I paid a delivery fee ON TOP of what was ordered).

I've called the online company and they said that The Florist could not fulfill the order because of a lack of flowers. Was this ever going to be communicated with me or my mother? Apparently not. I requested a different florist take the order.

I ordered a floral arrangement for Mother's Day though an online party. The floral arrangement my mother received was barely like the one I ordered. The only similarity was the color. I called the online company to figure out a resolution. They ordered to have a new floral arrangement sent the next day. My mother put out the original floral arrangement (since she wouldn't be home for the delivery). She got home, the original floral arrangement was there. I had received an email from the online company that a delivery had been made. NOPE. NO NEW FLOWERS. I called The Florist Ltd of Denton and left a message, still within business hours. Never heard back.

We recently used The Florist in Denton for my father's funeral. I can not express how WONDERFUL the service and care was especially from the owner. We arrived after getting the funeral arrangements handled and discussed what we wanted. She guided us on our selection and did not try and oversell us. On the day of the funeral we were awe-struck by the floral arrangements. The one we ordered was breath-taking and friends sent other ones using The Florist and those were beautiful also. I would highly recommend this florist. I have used many florists over the years and this is by far the best florist out there. She does a beautiful job and ithe price is very fair! You will not be disappointed if you use The Florist in Denton. They are now my florist of choice!
