Today was my first time here and I was just so impressed. I was looking for Victor Grain Free in a 15lb bag and they were out of stock. The owner and his wife searched up and down for me and when they couldn't find that size in stock they offered me a free small bag of Taste of The Wild. I was in good spirits and not complaining at all and they stills told me to just take the small bag free. I ended up spending $10 for two small bags of dog and cat food Taste of The Wild. The fact that they did that for me really shows to me that they take care of their customers. Love this feed store and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I am Dennis' daughter and I am sorry about your unhappy experience with my dads store. Dennis has recently under gone serious back surgery and has been out of the office and only able to be at the store at limited times per his doctors orders. Being a family owned business I hope you understand the circumstances. Dennis has employees that are just like family and try to take care of him and the business during the down times of Dennis' surgeries. Dennis appreciates his employees greatly as well as all of our customers understanding the situation - and most of our customers do!
This is a great place to do business with. I have had nothing but great experiences there and Dennis is willing to share his knowledge (which is vast). If a pretty store and high tech operation is what you are looking for, this probably isn't the place for you. On the other hand, if you like doing business with local, independent businesses that know their stuff and has quality products--then this is the place for you.
