I went to get a haircut a couple days ago. The staff was friendly, but I am truly unhappy with the haircut I received. All I wanted were a few layers and a trim, but instead my hair got chopped and the layers were so uneven. My hair didn't flow well, almost like a disconnect from layer to layer. I didn't notice it until it was blow dried. I asked for the instructor to salvage what was already damaged, but all she did was work on the front part of my hair (which barely helped), but left the back completely ruined. I understand there is a risk to have a student cut my hair, but I expected the instructor to at least pick up the pieces. Not sure if I'd go here again after my experience. It's worth spending more money elsewhere if it means to get a good haircut.
This was my first visit and my Stylist was a lady named Shay whom was extremely polite, experienced and professional. I can't wait to go back! The time and price was unbelievable! Perfect!
I have extremely long, curly hair. I wanted to lose some of the weight of it for the summer so got it layered, thinned and trimmed just a bit. For my hair the price was amazing! The student washed, cut, thinned, and styled my hair. She wasn't afraid to ask her instructor for help and her instructor was more than happy to help her since they were dealing with so much hair. It took quite some time, but I walked out with amazing hair and love the time they took to make sure I was thrilled with the outcome. Very friendly environment with some great people. Will definitely be back.
Very displeased with their services because they bs with people's time. I had an appointment scheduled for 09/19/2017 and they called me at the last minute to reschedule my appointment. I specifically called the #ogleschooldenton in advance to have braids with braid hair installed and none of the girls i spoke with knew if their hair braiders could braid hair with braid hair. Every young lady i spoke with responded "oh they shoud know". I set up an appointment for 12pm and the girl set it up for 1pm. The very day i was about to head in for the appointment they call me to reschedule. They left a voicemail and i called right back to find out the girl set up my appointment for 1pm instead of 12pm and that they didn't have any braiders available until 6pm. I was angry because i was about to head there and because they pushed my schedule back so late. I then spoke to the stylist manager and she told me that's all she could do. She sounded nonchalant and i told her it made me not want to come in. Long story short i didn't go. I went to #Dallasbarbercollege. They installed my braids and they were perfect. I actually need to speak to corporate about this location anyway because there's been other times when they've messed my appointments up. I was wanting to give them business because they're close by but I'll most likely go elsewhere. Also I'm not a one time user I've been here many times for other things so you guys may have lost a customer.
