Terrible Customer Service! I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. The second appointment they were a no show I had to call them, then the 3rd appointment Brad the tech was very rude, and upset because I didn't answer my phone when he called. When I made my appointment no one said the tech would call before coming and If you don't answer your phone they wont show up! After calling the tech back and letting him know that no one ever told me you were going to call me before. I explained to him I was at work and I did have someone at home waiting on him for the appointment. He said very rudely that I would have to reschedule my appointment because he was at his next job. Then he told me that I should probably find someone else!! This is how you should treat a customer??? The one thing that sets a company apartment from other companies is the level of Customer Service you provide to the public. I have lived in Denton over 25 years and I have never worked with a company that is so unorganized as this one. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Try to program my car remote. The owner wants $150.00 no matter the program process works or not. Then, the owner wants $40.00 to cut plastic car key. I think the store overcharges the fee.
