The staff is awesome! We had a bad issue with movie trading company in Lewisville, (we will never go back to Lewisville's location!) bought a defective playstation 1 and they didnt want to give us a return./refund. So we went to this one in denton, and Elie helped us out! She was able to get us a full return on the playstation 1. She did all should could to get us our refund. She was very sweet, kind and professional! An awesome employee! Even though it was Lewisvilles problem, she handled it all very well! We need more hard workers like this girl! Thank you Elie for your time and work! Workers like this are what keep us customers to want to keep coming back to buy more! You rock!
Wasn't impress when i tried selling them stuff and they only offered me less than what i paid and when i told them no thanks the guy helping me was rude about it and walks away. This place will rip you off even though there signs say they won't, they're a bunch of liars!! And their managers and employees are plain rude. Don't sell them stuff!!!
Great selection of movies, comic books, video games, and collectibles. Nice array of more obscure and cult movies, as well as a sizeable assortment of Criterion Collection films. Used dvds and blurays available. Friendly staff. I never seem to walk out of here empty handed.
This place is good to buy CDs, DVDs, Games and Action figures but really blows when you want to sell your stuff to them. They wanted to give me $7 for my Wii Console with 2 controllers and 4 games. Also they wanted to give me 12¢ or less per DVDs or Blue-rays ... really?
If I could give less than one star believe me I would. Good place to buy movies, etc. but TERRIBLE place to try and sell your things to. The sign says they won't rip you off and they'll give you your money's worth but that's just a lie.
I went in today with my boyfriend to sell 2 complete movie sets(5 in each), a 3 movie set, and a collector edition movie set. All of which are worth $20 or more each. Keep in mind they were throwing stuff at us that they didn't want. And to top it off they offered $13.00 cash. Are you serious?! We politely said no and the person helping us, (Ben) storms off and doesn't say another word and starts doing something else. Great customer service. We have to gather all of our stuff up he threw everywhere and leave without even a "have a nice day" or even a smile. He acted like we wasted his time when it's his JOB to examine stuff before they give a price. He's constantly rude when we go in to shop, or try to sell. Just terrible customer service.
