come here all the time. love this place. nice seating. clean environment
I've been been to this location dozens of times since the very first week they opened back 2005 and can say that they have continually improved the food, service and even completely remodeled the entire theater to state of the art cinemas with reserved seating.
We went during renovations so it was getting an update. But the atmosphere was till great and the food was good not spectacular but good. Hosts were awesome. Great time for all. Will definitely return.
Extremely high prices for the food!!! I was shocked at the door, when handed the 62 dollar bill for 2. Movie theater is decent.
I'm not going to lower my overall rating of this location as again, I've been here dozens and dozens of times and had plenty of really good experiences. However, this past time, the entire experience was not one of their greatest moments.
That said, my most recent visit, Tuesday 11-21-17, was by far the worst experience I've ever had. We arrived shortly after the previews started for our movie and immediately placed our order for a bucket of popcorn and a bottle of wine. After 15 minutes, I had to inquire about our order as the two that sat next to us, and arrived at the exact same time as us, got their cooked food before we got ours. Again, popcorn and a bottle of wine. After a total of 35 minutes went by, it finally showed up. The popcorn was the bottom of the tray, lots and lots of broken and very small (kernel size) pieces to where there was a good two plus inches of it at the bottom of the bucket and the wine glass were completely covered with water marks. Extremely dirty. The waitress was very apologetic about the wait and we choose not to say anything about the popcorn and wine glasses (we wiped them out with napkins) as it only would've distracted us and others from the actual movie while playing.
There's only one reason I did not give 5 stars -- I know this will likely elicit eye rolls and snide comments from some. But I won't return due to their 30.06 policy. I am a combat veteran and a responsible gun owner/trainer, and I stick to my beliefs on this. I have reached out to management and to corporate offices, to no avail.
While at the time was nothing to crow about, we recently returned post-renovations to see Logan. I was impressed with the changes, though I admit I miss seeing the old-school projector in the lobby. The staff were fantastic, courteous and quick. The seats were comfortable and the place was very clean.
That is my one critique. If that is not an issue for you, then enjoy. I wish the company continued success and kudos for the Denton updates.
