We just hired Brown Box movers to help us with our move to a bigger apartment. I ended up talking with some of their associates several times to get quotes and schedule the actual move, and every time I spoke with someone on the phone they were super friendly and helpful. They are also very reasonably priced, by far the cheapest I found in the area. Brad was the lead that organized the move once they arrived, and his associate Adam was great as well. They were quick, efficient, and very polite. They let us know what to expect up front and worked hard to get everything moved as quickly as possible to keep cost down for us, which couldn't have been easy because we definitely had some heavy pieces of furniture. I would highly recommend Brown Box movers for any move you need help with!
First let me highlight the easy online scheduling - we were still at home in Michigan and used friends’ recommendations and the online scheduling to arrange our son’s move in Dallas. Our guys, Brandon, Jay and Brandon K showed up on time and eager to get the job done. We walked through items to be moved and the process began. All of furniture was wrapped and carefully placed in the moving truck. This was a three story townhouse and the skill and care with which everything was handled was really impressive. The professionalism and efficiency of our three movers was exceptional. They then followed us to the new location and determined the most effective parking location and path to move the furniture into the new place. With the same care and effort all our items were placed in the new apartment and everything reassembled with great care. In what seemed like no time the move was completed - with PROFESSIONALISM and COURTESY way above our expectations. Brandon, Jay, and Brandon K were simply outstanding. They have moved me three times now and I used them for storage. Excellent customer service! When there was an issue, they fixed it right away. My move today was perfect. We want to recommend Brown Box movers to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable moving company. Gary and Wayne provided a prompt service when initially evaluating our move needs. Their communication was clear and explained the varying costs of having a moving service or move and packing service. The costs were very reasonable having received two other quotes from other companies. They were flexible with dates and very understanding when we had to make changes. Whilst we had initially booked a pack and move service over two days, the team of 10 actually managed to pack and move us in 1 day. They were well led by Bert and all communicated politely with me during the course of the day. They were patient and always checked to see if there was anything else they could help with. The after service we received, managed through Bert and Justin's honesty, and Lindsey, Gary and Wayne's professionalism was amazing. The company took care of some minor cleaning needs and recognized an area in which they could improve. Having humility and resolving issues is an impressive attribute in today's business world.
