Tristar replaced the roof in the building I live in and could not have done a better job. The building is over 100 years old, 4 stories tall and right in the middle of the downtown area(so not an easy situation), and in the weeks that they were on site I never once felt like they were putting me out of my home. The supervisor was always on site and was always willing to answer any questions the tenants had as they were coming and going, keeping mind to make sure no one was walking in a dangerous area. All in all- probably about as painless as you can get for such a big job!
TriStar was a pleasure to do business with! Matt (onsite) and Kira (in the office) were both so helpful through the entire process of dealing with our insurance claims on two houses. TriStar's crews were friendly, helpful and did an all around fantastic job. I will absolutely use them again.
