I went here with my father. My dad has always been a person who loves homemade biscuits. He grew up eating them fresh out the oven every weekend. He told me I had to try one with him because this place makes real biscuits. And he was right. It was a delicious sausage biscuit. Much better than what most places serve. The plus side of it all was the prices. In a time when every place feels like a waste of money; it is nice to have a place with good food and fair prices!
Great quaint little restaurant. Off the beaten path a bit. If you want a good breakfast on a Saturday or Sunday morning and don't want to wait an hour come to the Rising Sun Cafe. Great service good food HOT FRESH COFFEE!

10/10, would go again and again. Their Rising Sun grilled chicken sandwich is my all-time favorite. Get it with a side of fresh, crispy tots and you won't regret it. One of the best local restaurants around. It's super unfortunate that it's surrounded by a bunch of chain restaurants, as Rising Sun has far better food than any of them.
Cozy little breakfast joint with a small but excellent menu. Get the donuts and split them. They're unique and very satisfying. Everything is fresh and nicely seasoned -- including the breakfast sausage they make on site. I would love if they would expand the coffee selection a little, but what they have is way better than average.
