Honestly, I had high hopes for this place, and I was completely let down.
Took my Jeep into Tommy’s after I was recommended the shop by a good friend. My car had broken down off the side of 35 the night prior so I obviously needed to know what was wrong with it. Anyways, we took the car in and everything seemed fine. Everyone was nice and helpful at the time. They said they would hopefully be able to look at it that day. Fast forward 5 hours later and I call back to see what’s going on. They said they just started looking at it and they were going to keep it over night. They told me that they would call me by 11am the next day with an answer. Fast forward to 11am the next day, and we hadn’t heard anything. So I called up there and was told “we’ll call you when it’s done,” so I asked about a quote or a time or literally any information and received, yet again, a very stern “we’ll call you when it’s done.” Fast forward to 4:00pm, we still hadn’t heard anything. My wife messaged them because she was too afraid to call and be talked to in a rude manner again, and we were told “our technician is still looking at it, we’ll have an answer in 30 minutes.” Fast forward an hour and a half. They called me and told me, basically, my Jeep was toast and they needed 4-6k to fix it. They sent me a bill for $60 after I opted out of fixing it, and then when I went in this morning to pick the jeep up they tried to raise that to $150.
Just had my 2004 Sequoia serviced at Tommy’s. I’ve taken my other vehicles here for repair/regular service. Always quality work at a very competitive price. The shop gives you options that are very felxible for your budget and very honest. Communication is great and you’re never left clueless on what was done to your vehicle. Highly recommend this shop and everyone that works there are super professional!
I stood in the 'line' only composed of me for about 8 minutes before one of the four desk staff asked if they could help me. When I realized I left my insurance, I went back to my car then to the front desk again about ten minutes later. This time, I got to stand for about 15 minutes in the non-existent line. But at least I got to hear one worker talk about his trip to Europe or something to a friend behind the counter while the other two debated the size of a micron with someone else. After fifteen minutes of the staff not making eye contact - I walked out and went somewhere else. Another first. They seemed more intent on making small talk than money. 3 to 4 people at the front desk, 20+ minutes of not being helped. I'll spend my money somewhere else. I just wanted an inspection after calling in to make sure they had time! :(
This is my first ever online review of anything and I feel dirty writing a negative one - but I guess I felt compelled to write this:
So, no idea if their mechanics are good or their rates, nearly half an hour of standing pointlessly made sure that happened.
The customer service has been amazing. Zach has kept me informed the entire time, sending me accurate detailed reports with pictures.

First off, I don't know how their mechanics are or the quality of their work or their rates - I didn't make it past the front desk. If you are interested in their work quality and labor costs, this isn't the review to read.
I've had two cars with problems recently. Both cars were taken to Tommy's.
The technicians have found real problems with my vehicle, and brought them to my attention. These problems weren't made up problems, it was hey we have found wiring that's been chewed on by rats here's a picture. Then they offered to fix the wiring problem for just the cost of the part!
The BEST auto station around!! A loyal customer for over 30 years! I recommend them anytime I get a chance. You can always count on friendly employees, honesty with their assessment & reasonable prices all in a timely manner!
