DO NOT GO HERE!! My car is completely scratched and dented from their crappy wash system
They treat their employees like absolute crud! You're expected to show up 7 days a week, and even though you're told to be there by a certain time, you're supposed to stand there off-the-clock until it gets busy enough when they need you. And they wonder why they have such high worker turnover!
I took my truck here for the first time and i am never going back. I paid $50 for hand wash and even tipped the two guys $10 a piece to do a good job. My truck has water dpots and dirt in places still. Would not go here, waste of money.
Worst experience ever! I bought a gift certificate from there to use there for my husband for Christmas for $75. They wouldn't even honor it. Said I needed a plastic gift card instead of the receipt. I asked to match the gift card if there was one to the receipt and they refused to even consider this option. I am a Senior Citizen, this is a lot of money to me, my husband went to use it and ended up having to pay out of his own pocket. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled by the manager, Eli and owner, Jennifer. There should be some way to prove that $75 was never used. I need my money back.
Between the three hours and 175 I paid to get the very poor quality interior detailing, I could have spent $20 on supplies and done a better job myself at home. Very disappointed.
