I go to your wash a few times a month in my cars, but have to say, today was horrible, and it's not typical for this wash.
Decent automatic wash, though it does push your car through a bit fast. Could get better wash if it was a little longer. Good vacuums. Long line when I went.
Update, Owner called me and made everything right. Seemed very genuine, and have not noticed the same problem so much again. I understand that robotic washers are designed for average design, some vehicles just can't reach every last bit.
This WAS the absolute best car wash ever. However, the prices have gone up so much that It is cheaper to go elsewhere. The last two washes were pretty bad and vacuums are stopped up often. Attendants don’t seem too concerned.I don’t need to wash my car every week or even once a month, so the “deal” would mean I would pay more than $30 per wash. No thanks.
This place is great the carwash is fantastic. We join the monthly wash. 20 bucks a month for the medium level wash which does a great job on my cars. We have all four cars on the program.
Took my step daughters Dodge Caliber to the wash today, bought the $12 package and have to say, I know it was busy, but the wash did not clean but 70% of the car. So much dirt left on it, the soap did not all get washed off, and no towels available to wipe the car off. The driers did not do much either.
Love the unlimited car washes! For just $30/month which is barely anything nowadays, I can have my BMW looking brand new everyday even with the 35 construction going on! Literally looks like I had it professionally cleaned every time with very shiny black tires! Definitely 100% recommend the monthly unlimited service.
Still wish they had towels available, but can understand why something like that might just be a target of vandals pretty much anywhere
