Not really sure why there are negative reviews. There is rarely any long lines. All the cloths fashionable and affordable. The customer service is great, and I think H&M is exactly what the golden triangle needed. I hope it's here to stay!
H&M sells junk clothing. Don't wash them, they fall apart. No refunds without a receipt. Long lines and rude customer service. The Denton, TX store is always a mess and good luck getting help if you have a question. I'm done with them.
