Why are the employees so unprofessional? I don't mind the mess but I not only over heard 3 of them make fun of an Asian man but one of them rolled her eyes at me when I looked at a display she and 2 others were working on. I asked if I could see something and she didn't even move to let me through. If you think it's okay to make paying customers feel like they're invading your space, please don't work in retail. It's not a comfortable shopping place.
We were at this location today and we were extremely disappointed with the customer service. As the cashier finished checking her items, my sister had asked the cashier to check around her register counter for an phone case that was not in her bags. She insisted it wasn't there and even called for " assistance " from atleast two more employees as they rolled their eyes and acted annoyed by us looking for this case. We stepped aside as to let other customers thru. Went as far as emptying out both large bags and checking item by item twice. They didn't seem to care nor believe we were even missing the case to be honest. As if we were trying to get one by them! One of them suggested they go back and check cameras. This was quite fustrating and went on for over ten minutes! The cashier never apologized even when guess what , SHE DID HAVE IT in her area all along! None of them did, they were obviously assuming that we had it and were lying, terrible attitude needless to say I will never shop there again. One star is not accurate either it's the only way you can leave a review.
Horrible checkout experience...had to wait behind 10 customers and had four behind me. Shame on the manager for not helping out the one clerk checking everyone out!!!
Just so Ross stores knows. Ross Corp you’re a nothing but cheap. You make millions of dollars off of all the merchandise that you sell for cheap, you are under staffed and like to keep it that way, you treat all your employees like we’re labor workers and rats, you act like you can’t afford to give raises and give more budget money to your stores. I’ve worked for you once and it’ll be my last time ever to experience such a terrible retail environment. Yes, it may seem as if we are okay with being thrown around and used like a bunch of slaves but in all honesty I’ll be the first to step up and say something so that everyone will know of your true intends. I’m not a slave. I’m a human being with life decisions too. Thank you for firing me because I couldn’t have the balls in the first place to quit myself. I’m happy I’m out of your grasp because I deserve better, you don’t deserve someone who works as hard and willingly like me. The fact that I walked to work everyday and walked home didn’t even bother to make you lend a hand, the fact that I’ve brought nothing to this job but my best didn’t even bother to make you realize how messed up the inside of your hell of a corporation was. I hope that everyone who reads this will now know what goes on; on the inside of Ross Dress For Less Stores.
