The worst Customer Service ever they did not have are correct address even though the paperwork . we paid off the refrigerator last month. During last summer i was dealing with cancer was in Florida my room mate was in houston working tornadoes we were late for 1 payment we came home on saturday 1week later you would have thought we stole the frig the manager showed up at 7am beating like the police saying i was going to jail if didnt pay. We paid him he double charged us so for a 500.00 frig we gave 2500. Never go down that road. They suck was not late for 1yr 1/2 and not late again will never do business with a idiot sorry creep.
Worst experience ever. They start calling you during the grace period about your payment. Then my TV just went out and they came and gave me a temporary replacement.(9/14/16) ( The TV I was paying for was 50", and the TV they gave me was only 32" ) It took them over 3 months to even give me an update on my TV then an additional 2 months to find me another 50" replacement. They would not call me for updates I had to constantly go up there and call. I'm so glad to be finally done with them. I would not recommend this location or company at all. If I could give them less than one star I would. Fast forward to today, (2/10/17) my TV was suppose to be delivered, of course they couldn't give me an accurate time frame. They just expect someone to sit in the house all day, while this should have been a priority delivery my boyfriend had to go and pick up the TV. If you can avoid it, I would stay away from this company.

I purchased a washer and dryer from this Aaron's location. A couple of mistakes were made and my set was not delivered when it was supposed to be. After bringing it to the attention of the manager, he took full ownership of the mistake. He upgraded me to the set I had originally wanted and made sure it was delivered at a convenient time for me. I never expect perfection from a place, but integrity is important to me and this place really showed me that there is no lack of integrity here. I would highly recommend this store and will probably return again.
I have never had customer service like this in my life and I am not kidding. We purchased a washer out right.. After two weeks it broke down, they replaced it with another, it was broken as well, then they brought another it was broken. We now are on the 4th washer from Aaron's and guess what the warm water does not work, you can only use hot or cold. I'm so disappointed and once we get our money back I will never do business with this store again.
