I have NEVER been more disappointed in he quality of material the couches are made of! we have had our "new couch" for less then 6 weeks and have to keep covered with 3 king sized comforters because of our inside dogs! the fabric rips so incredibly easy, and what do you know a no return policy or warranty for these kinds of issues! when shopping I specifically mentioned our 3 inside dogs and needed a durable couch and was led to the couches have now. needless to say looks like we are stuck with this couch and will be making payments on something with holes in the seats! I'll never shop here again!! after speaking with the manager I was told that "nothing besides leather" with stands dog toes but I never had an issue with the couch we had before, purchased from the Room Store, 14 yrs ago!
Great prices on quality furniture pieces. Dawn was super helpful and patient. It was very low pressure, especially thanks to their no commission approach with their sales team. We were looking for top grain leather couches, and they had a great selection to choose from, but they also had a number of cloth sofas and beds and tables and such. They do have an all sales are final policy, so you need to be really sure that you want a piece before you lay your money down, but that's the only word of caution I have to give. They even have a space with tv and ice cream for the kids. It was a wonderful shopping experience all the way around. If you need furniture, go there and ask for Dawn, she'll take great care of you.
We had a fantastic experience getting our couch from Home Zone. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable all the way around, and Ryan, our direct sales person, was the best part of our experience. He was honest, up front, and had a proper answer for every question we asked.
Recently purchased an adjustable bed with all the bells & whistles. James explained every detail and was very knowledgeable about comparing other brands. He gave us all the time we needed to test mattresses and find the one that best suited our needs. We found the quality to be comparable to other higher priced brands. Thumbs up on our purchase, the great sales and assistance from James, and an all around very nice store!

I've come back to the store on loop 288 many times while furnishing my new house. It's certainly not the closest furniture store, but i come back every time because of the service. The first time i came in, Mike Beall helped me identify what i wanted, even though i mentioned i wouldn't be buying anything that day he still took the time to help me decide what i was looking for. I was back the next day and many times since then because of Mike, and all the other wonderful people there. Seriously, give that man a promotion!
