Went in to order a custom cake. Customer service from the bakery was great. Walked around the stores produce area and it was fully stocked, well kept and clean. Prices were a little steep but that's to be expected when getting quality produce.
I had bad experience with albertson i bought 12 pack of soda there. They had 2 open can open without soda in a close box. When i took it back for my money they were rude about issues and was no money back just get another brand and leave ya need to close bring heb in denton heb is awsome
I shop here about twice a week, and I usually love the fresh meat department. But today the pack I bought was smelly and rancid! I called to see if I could get another pack tomorrow, with receipt and pictures, but they want me to bring back the rancid meat that's sitting in a bag smelling up my house right now. I cannot possibly make it back today, and this cannot sit in my house until tomorrow! I have 4 kids at home and getting to the store the first time was hard enough. They weren't much help. I'm throwing $12 in the garbage!
Staff are very welcoming and quite good at their jobs and I love being greeted by a smile.
I just came to Albertsons after Walmart because I was missing a few ingredients for my meal and I did not expect for the store to have so much fresh foods! I almost went crazy getting fruits and vegetables just because of how fresh they were and I am a stickler about fresh food. This store is also so much more organized and clean than Walmart and other stores that I got eager. I'll definitely grocery shop here more often.
Always liked this store but since the renovations it is even better. Store is very clean, wide aisles leave plenty of room to browse and selection is excellent. Lots of variations in organic products.
