We went twice in one day (my New Mexico friend's first time) and the service was amazing both times. Honestly, some of the best service we've had at a drive thru. I wish I'd gotten names... A Hispanic woman in the window the first time, then an white woman who we offered a tip. (We didn't think about it the first round otherwise we'd have offered to everyone!) Y'all keep it up, cuz honestly, Braum's is always the WORST service lol (ugh especially the bald white dude manager at the one in Durant, OK).
Anyway, you guys should win an award. We'll be back to see you on Monday! :)
Love Braum's! Best hormone free milk and ice cream, and great burgers. Grocery store is convenient as well.
Wonderful selection of ice cream and other grocery needs. I absolutely love their buttercream bread loaves. The only complaint I would have is some of the staff take their time checking people out and some seem very disgruntled by having to do so. The store itself is clean and well stocked with easy access drive through and quick service.
My sister in law and I are visiting Dallas and we just so happen to want some ice cream and we came upon Braums which is her childhood favorite. We stop here and order we get to the window waiting for the lady to take our money and while we're waiting she's taking another order and blowing her gross nose in a used up snotty paper towel. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here it was completely gross and the area is run down anyway guess that's what you get as a pass thru visitor but it shouldn't be that easy this is absolutely gross and disgusting and against health code!!!!!!!!!
