Amazing prices and specials. Quality has improved over the years based on my experience. Still, for mission-critical machines and tools, I buy elsewhere. For infrequently-used stuff, you cannot beat Harbor Freight. This location seems to be well-stocked, well-managed, and staffed with knowledgeable and friendly folks. Very convenient location. Product quality still has a ways to go in order to earn 5 stars.
There has never been a time that someone who works in the store hadn't asked if I needed help at least once during my visit.
I recently had an A great experience at the store. I'm a regular shopper here and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. On this particular visit I was having a customer service issue and the cashier wasn't quite sure how to handle it. So she called the manager and the manager and cashier put their heads together and figure out how to solve my problem!
Don't ever call and ask if they have products in stock and or a price because they get pissed if they have to look up anything or actually go look at a product for you..Sorry customer service on the phone..
What is not the like about Harbor Freight except the weird tire smell. Great goods, cheap prices, helpful personnel.
