Didn't have a door frame extension kit. Didn't have a diamond fine tool blade. Didn't have antique brown caulking. Went straight to Home Depot and got everything I needed. If you want a chrome toothbrush holder, this place is great. If you want to build something with your hands like a real man, go to Home Depot and save your gas.
I want to start off by saying that I have worked in sales and customer service for many years. I called early in the day to get a price for an item and see if they had it in stock before driving to the store. A lady answered the phone and directed my call to another department. I was on hold and then someone answered it. I was in the middle of telling the lady on the other end what I needed and was very rudely cut off and was told to hold on and immediately put on hold again. I waited and no one ever picked back up so I eventually just hung up.
THEY DONT TO HONER THE MILITARY DISCOUNT
This location .... don’t expect any customer service... 4 guys talking with each other while I wait ... no one seemed to care... online pickup order ... should be ready... waiting for 30 mins... and they don’t even know where the item is and who picked them.... never gonna come to this location ...
I drove up to the store and found the item I had called about. The lady told me I would need to go to customer service to ask about the return policy in case the item did not work out for me. I went up to speak with the lady at customer service and she gave me the worst attitude! She told me I would need to bring the item to the front so she can scan it to let me know about the return policy. She then told me "and you better hurry up and get it now because we are closing" as she kept her head down and rolled her eyes. I was floored and couldn't believe someone in CUSTOMER SERVICE of all areas would treat someone like that. If I hadn't been desperate for the item, I would've said something to her and left without making a purchase. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop at this location again. If you cant handle giving customer service, then go to a different department.
I have shoped at Lows for many years and liked it but today they would not honer my Military ID after seeing 3 people at the front desk with no results
Bad business won't bring repetitive customers. They are Rude employees and Cant be on the same page.
