Went in to ask some questions *i had purchased a stone and ring separately and they were both perfect and very thought out, this would be the ring I proposed with* almost instantly all 3 ladies laughed at me and informed me nothing could be done except to buy new stuff, and on my way out they made sure to shout across the store to make sure I knew they couldn't help, that was unnecessary. Anyway went to NASR and they are currently fitting the stone with no problems.

They really went above and beyond our expectations. Their customer service is wonderful, they were always nice, funny, and professional. They were able to size my rings before the expected finish date, and did the same for my husband's changes to his ring. We will definitely be going here for all of our future jewelry purchases!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I bought my wedding set from an online jeweler (and I wish I'd gone to this jeweler!), and my husband's band was a family heirloom. We got my band and engagement ring sized here, and even though my band and the shared-prong diamonds on the shank were very delicate, they did a really wonderful job. Due to weight loss, I had to go down almost 3 full sizes on my rings and they're still in great shape. My husband's band was sized and refinished (from a high polish shine to a brushed finish).
