I have never had so much trouble with my ring. I go engaged last year and the diamond fell out. Thank goodness I had insurance. I sent it in to get another diamond set back in early September 2014, it is now January 2015. No one can tell me when i would get my ring back or where my ring was. 1 month after i dropped it off they called me to bring my ring certificate in because they said they needed it before they could do anything with my ring. (They have had my ring for 1 month and had done nothing with it). I brought in the certificate and another month went by and they contacted me to see if i could bring my certificate up again. They had either lost what I gave them a month ago or just dont have a clue what is going on. (Now it has been 2 months without any progress with my ring). Zales has had my ring more than i have. I do not recommend Zales to anyone.
I have also had diamonds fall out of my wedding bands on two different occasions since i got the rings in June 2014. This also took forever to get back. They even sent one of my rings to the wrong place and didnt know where it was for a while. I will not be surprised when or if i ever get to pick up my engagement ring that it will even be the same ring.
