As far as pet supplies go, it's great. They have an extremely large selection of items and food for pets. However the way they keep their small animals is very poor. The finches especially are neglected by being kept in very very small cages, with ZERO enrichment items, they only have a single perch in their cage (with upwards of five birds in a cage). I went in earlier today to buy some food and noticed that MANY of the finches were missing large patches of feathers and had pulled out their tail feathers, which is often caused by having too many birds with too small of a cage. It's saddening. They shouldn't be selling animals at all, but especially if they can't even meet the most basic needs of small animals and birds.
Good selection of products but they don't have traditional shopping carts so shopping with kids can be a challenge.
Beautiful store, great customer service, and best cat section I've ever seen. They hold an impressive selection of products and the animals there looked well taken care of. I look forward to visiting again soon.
This is a new location that has only been open a short time, but they have great people that work here. It is really convenient for the neighborhood. The sales people are very knowledgeable about their products.
Fantastic selection food, toys, and accessories a variety of animals. My dog, Ruger, really enjoys available area for bath time and the resulting treat. Pricing is competitive online resellers. Especially when items are marked down for sale.
