Because I lived here five years going on six. Only had one bad neighbor that put sugar in my gas tank. Hope I never get a neighbor like that ever again that crazy MHMR ditch
Good enough for a few nights but spaces close together and garbage dumpsters quite a distance from some spaces
Noisy street & trains. Spaces close together. A lot of semi-permanent residents. Somewhat close to downtown Denton & good restaurants tho. Lovely large trees, but make it difficult to get satellite reception.
We stayed overnight just passing through. It was very convenient and well priced. You can pay at the kiosk.
