Love all the big trees through out the community
Owner is a shark. A hundred and one ridiculous ways to fine you. I had a screened in porch. Rocking chairs in porch(fine), wardrobe closet in porch(fine), Dog laying down in porch with front door open and we were home(fine). Don't even dare open the hood of your car(fine). Took our clothes ling poles without even saying a word. If you refuse to pay the fines they will take it out of your rent and then your rent is considered late(fine). Once all the fines total three months rent(because they were taken out of your rent), you are three months behind on rent he will put a lean on your mobile home.
