They don't carry Brooks. The girl I asked didn't even know what Brooks were and she had to ask someone else. Um, hello!! You work at a shoe store!
My son wears a size 14. I was glad I was able to find it here. The people here are real and are willing to work with you in order to find what you need. I will definitely be coming back!
Sales people are always so courteous and helpful. They've got a great selection of shoes. Cole is one of the best/nicest sales people I've dealt with.
My boyfriend went into this finish line and order three pairs of shoes. 2 for me for a birthday gift and one for him that they didn't have in stock in their location so he ordered them from this location. A week goes by when he gets the orders in. The first box: opens and it is correct... The second box: a totally different shoe that they mixed up and was suppose to be shipped to someone in Illinois. The Third box : two left shoes.... It is ridiculous that he spend over $200 in shoes and 2 out of 3 boxes were incorrect. Not only did he want it to be a gift but to be worn for our vacations this next week but will not be able to because of this companies mistakes. Recommend to NOT order anything from this company.
Worst experience ever. My son went in and placed a pair of shoes on hold. After that we went around the mall and looked at more shoes, when we went back and I was looking for some shoes for myself so I went up to the register and I ordered my size to a lady after she went back the male employee says to me "y'all gonna buy something or not" and I politely said yes, after that he says "y'all been in here like 8 times!!!" Raising his tone at me. We were returning to buy the shoes. Worst experience ever!! He was very rude &' not helpful at all. Never going back here.
