Would not honor my warranty on my boots. The owner told me that they were intended for hunting only, yet on red wings website they are listed as work boots not hunting boots! Will never do business with this scam running business again. Boot barn has better deals and guarantee their warranties!
Yes, the shoes are expensive. But they have replaced insert souls and the shoes hold up well for the first year. More information from me next year.
I get shoes once every year at Red Wing through my employer. I usually go to the store in Lewisville but went to the Denton store because it was closer. The two employees there acted like they didn't care if I did business there or not. The lady was laughing and made me feel uncomfortable. The guy wasn't sure how to process my voucher and ended up not having my size in a shoe I was interested in. I said I would go to a different store and he seemed relieved and let me go with no resistance. Not going back here again.
