The lady there is always amazing. The prices are unbeatable, she recognizes me when i come in the door. She knows exactly what type of car i like and has NEVER let me s down. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else!
I can not believe this angry man won't make his screw up right.We will never do business with AVIS again. Oh and we were not the only ones whose car was not available as promised.

Beware! New ownership! Terrible experience. I made my reservation a month in advanced and was promised my vehicle would be ready when they opened. My husband even talked to them the day before since we had a 12 hr drive and an event to be at in East Tennessee. He was assured our vehicle would be there. Sat morning, no SUV - after sitting around for 2 hrs waiting to see what they were going to do I suggested finding a vehicle at a location along our route. We had to drive to McKinney, missed our event and missed a day of our vacation. We let them know they needed t give us an extra day and if that was a problem with his boss, to please have him call us. Since we never heard from the boss we assumed we would be fine returning it by closing time a day late! The manager, or whoever he is called me on our way home at the 10 am yelling at me that if the car was not returned by 11 I would be charged. He is so rude to women, interrupting/talking over me that I handed the phone over to my husband. 11 am is not an extra day!
