The customer service in general was an amazing experience!
Called today and they were so nice and I came in and turns out it was an easy fix with no charge!
Took a phone in that keeps loosing signal. They tell me the charging port was bad so I paid to replace. Get home same problem it drops service after 30mins or so. Take it back and they say the case is bad and it's part of the antenna. I pay to fix that and once again get home and same problem. So back I go again just to be told well everyone it drops you will have to do a hard reset. WHAT !!!!! Where's the warranty on repairs? Why did I pay to replace 2 parts it obviously didn't need?
I actually gave them a second chance with a screen replacement and so far so good but when I brought up the fact that I was unhappy about the last trip there it just got shrugged off as if it just happens that way sometimes......well that's it for this family. I recommend anywhere else but here.

Took a phone in to a place in my town and the guy told me it was the mother board. Went to CPR and they let me know that the phone had never been opened and the problem with it was it just needed to be restored. No charge for that . Thank u guys so much for ur help and honesty

Wonderful support!!! Went with a malfunctioning laptop screen and they got it fixed in 30 minutes. Also they charged me a lot less than what guys at other shops were quoting.
