Unreliable. They have canceled pre-orders of mine multiple times and sold items off I reserved. Staff comes off as rude. I highly recommend going to another GameStop location.
Employees let you browse in peace but are there to answer questions when you need them. They've always had great suggestions on games and accurate reviews of accessories. I went for a PS4 last year and one employee reminded me that the White 1TB Destiny bundle was releasing the next week for the same price so he saved me a good chunk of money.
