These people make car salesmen seem like angels!!!!!!!
When I told her manager that I was going to write a Google review, he and Ryan said they would not warranty my charger then either. Petty.............wasnt about them, was about me....the client....not getting my desired result....
Met with Ryan today at this branch, incredibly rude after I told her that the offer to repair my phone that is heating up like a frying pan was unnaceptable, that I wanted a new or different phone. Then she told me she was going to go talk to her manager and see what she could do...? Was I at a car lot? Came back with "call manufacturer"! Told them I did not buy from manufacturer, I bought from Sprint......nobody takes responsibility!!!
Sold me a pair of iPhones and service was awful. Returned them and they said I owed nothing then I got a small bill for $8. Not the end of the world, however the girl behind counter was arguing with a customer in the store and was very unprofessional. She needs to be retrained. She was thin build, prob in her 20s and reddish hair. You never talk over a customer or tell a customer that you refuse to make a return after he said he was leaving the store a bad review after initially agreed to do so prior to argument.
Horrible service. I've been robbed by this store 2 times in the last year. And they don't do anything about it. Dont goto sprint its a waste of money and service. I did a buy one get one free phone. And they never gave me the other phone for free. I'm still paying on it till this day. The other situation is that they took one of my lines off insurance and i never told them to. Now the phone is lost and i cant get a new one because sprint took the phone off the insurance.
Less than one star not just for Denton but all of them but this one decided it was ok for someone to steal my identity and create a phone plan with two phones and tried to bill me when the thieves no longer paid. I confronted them about it and they told me the thieves put insurance on them. So I called several times to either get this off my name or give me the two phones that were in my name... they did neither. I told the fraud department what was happening and was told unless it’s filed with police they won’t do anything.... then continued to harass me over the phone trying to collect payment on phones I never had in the first place. I cannot express my hatred for sprint. Because of this my credit is bad because before this I had zero credit..... I’m 24 and sprint has ruined my credit.... thanks sprint appreciate the customer “support” more like harassment and fraud that they are okay with.
Worst Sprint store in regards to customer service in the DFW area. I drive over an hour to go to the Southlake store, rather than deal with the attitude at the Denton store. Stay away!
