I would've rated higher if it wasn't for the rude employee.
When I walked in the records office, I was greeted by a friendly face and she asked how she could help me and she explained I needed to fill out the form at the kiosk and come back after I was done. When I went back she was helping another customer, so a different woman helped me out and from the beginning when she said rude and very unfriendly, she snapped at me when she said that she could help me over at her desk, and was rude when asking me questions. Then when it came to payment time, she said I need money now to complete the transaction. I was ready to speak to a higher authority, but I was just ready to get out of there I was so heated.
