Very helpful staff. Be sure to bring cash if you don't want additional fees for credit or checks. Also be prepared to go through a security screening to get into the building.
Went today to purchase a death certificate, and made various mistakes filling out the form. The lady was very nice and showed me where I made the multistage and gave me another form. When she printed the certificate, it was too high on the paper so she redid it real quick. I like that she cares abt her job and was very polite to me.
It felt like a hostile environment if you ask me. I used a cuss word in my email and they threatened to put me in jail. I was rude at first because they are technically, and administratively abusive summoning hearing less than 2 weeks from trial. Respect is a two way street, just because your court officials does not mean your not biased, racist, or counter productive. I will adjust this rating according to the experiences I get also form upcoming trial.
Horrible. Called at 3:30 PM for passport, they said come before 4:15 PM. We reached by 3:50 after driving for 20 miles, supervisor says we are CLOSED for the days. In 20 minutes what changed only GOD knows.
