This motel is a disgusting facility that does not vet anyone who stays here. My wife was crying and devastated and I was pissed that I couldn't be there. Then on top of a terrible experience for her the motel management denied that any of that happened, charged me anyways then hung up on my wife. I don't recommend this motel to anyone. I've stayed in Denton many times. The Comfort Inn is a suitable and inexpensive alternative.
Please be aware I have contacted the hotel my brother stayed for the weekend.He woke up what seems to be bed bug bites I contacted the office which the lady got I rate . She demanded the room number which I shouldn't have told her . Probably cleaned the room. Then she called a few days later saying she called the health department and if I was smart enough I could find out this info for myself. She called back threatening me. Be aware of this place.
If I could leave less than one star I would. Last night my wife, daughter and newborn son stayed here and around 11pm a man tried to kick down their door and urinated all over the door. My wife called the police who acknowledged the incident. My wife spoke with the motel attendant that night who said she would not be charged. Then she spoke to them again this morning and again said she would not be charged. I noticed the motel sent the charge through regardless and my wife called the motel and spoke with the manager who said "since you stayed all throughout the night you will be charged regardless."
Definite bed bugs. In town for a funeral, had to find a "budget friendly" place to stay. Went to bed and turned of the lights and saw a giant bed bug crawling across my pillow. Jumped out of bed and turned on the lights, to find more on my pillows and my roommate had them crawling all over her. They gave no refund. Don't even think about it
Worst horrible worst etc. place ever wld not recommend to a dog. Rude housekeeping u have to beg for towels and tissue the things they are suppose to supply. Towels are hard as hell. Owners are rude and prejudice. I can go on for days. Before you decide to make reservations here make them on the streets first you have a better chance, oh yea can u say bedbugs bedbugs and more bedbugs... not even sure 1 star but the only way I cld post this 0 stars all day.
This place is worse than a dump I have never stayed in a worse place I was desperate for a room for the night. The lock bar was cut off the phone did not work, there were no towels in the room the floors were nasty. WARNING SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY STAY ELSE WHERE. THIS WAS MORE FIT FOR THE HOMELESS!
