The staff was friendly so helpful and so nice to me in my kids made us feel just like if we where at home we had a great stay And everything was wonderful
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was attractive and mostly clean. The mini fridge was probably about to go out as it just barely got my drinks cold overnight. But still glad it was there. Very convenient location. Quiet. Overall we were happy with our stay.
**** PIctures Do Not Match This Hotel ***** This place was the worst place I ever booked. When I walk in at 1am in the morning, the place smelled and the front desk guy was barefooted. We get into the hall and it smelled, we go into our room and it smelled. I checked the bedding to make sure it’s clean and it had more stains than I have ever seen. A pillow was so yellow and gross. I called the front desk guy to come up to room and see everything. And I requested my money back. This place should not be allowed to operate. So there I am looking for something else at 1:30am in the morning. Luckily I found something.

Made reservation through Windham website a week ago and used partial points from Windham rewards program for Non-Smoking King-size room. Clerk told me that they had to change my reservation to a Double Bed room. I showed him my confirmation for the room I requested and paid for! He argued with me for several minutes then finally called his manager whothen told me that they're very had an "issue for several months now with the site overbooking rooms"!!! I told him that if they did not have the confirmed room available, they needed to let the guest onow in advance or offer a comparable solution. I asked to cancel the room. I was told that my money and the rewards points would be refunded to me in a few days!! I'm waiting to see what happens!
I'm giving them a one star because there's no place to rate them as a 0! Me and my family were just passing through so we decided to stay at this place and I regretted every minute of it! First off the sheets were not clean and I found a pubic hair on the sheet, after our girls got a shower they had soap scum on the body from brushing against wall of the shower not being cleaned, me and my husband laid on the bed and both of us were getting bit by something and we were not sure what was biting us, the room stunk so badly my husband had to go across the street to buy air freshener to spray in our room! It was so bad after a couple of hours we could not stand it anymore and we decided to leave! Manager would not refund any of our money back, so we took our loses and went next door to Comfort I'm! P.S. the Comfort Inn was very nice!
I would definitely go back again
