If you want to be treated like absolute GARBAGE, this is the place to go. First, the manager opened up late. Second, I'd been waiting outside for 10 minutes, yet instead of opening the door on my side first, he opened up the other door so this lady who had just pulled into the parking lot got to go right in and be ahead of me in line. Third, I had to wait OVER 15 MINUTES in line because this inconsiderate woman didn't even know all the things she wanted to order. (The manager could've said, "Ma'am, while you make up your mind, let me attend to this other customer," but of course he didn't. Oh, and he also fixed this lady's order before she paid, when with other customers they're supposed to pay before the order is prepared, which is flat-out discrimination.) Fourth, she ordered enough food to feed an army, yet instead of the manager apologizing to me and offering to make things right and at least have the drive-thru person take my order (there were no cars in the drive-thru line), he just ignored me like I was something on the bottom of his shoe. THEN he spent 5 WHOLE MINUTES in the parking lot gabbing with this woman, and all the while in this 20 MINUTES no one would take my order. So I just walked right out and went to Popeye's instead, which is where I'll be getting my chicken from now on because I refuse to darken the doors of Golden Chick and be subjected to the ultimate in customer dissatisfaction.

Management is direly lacking at this place. I was waiting for it to open 15 minutes beforehand, but they wait till after opening time to post a note on the door stating the frigging FRYERS AREN'T WORKING! Gee, maybe you could've posted this earlier so myself and 2 elderly ladies waiting to get in didn't have to needlessly stand around with the Texas sun bearing down on us. The incompetent manager needs to be FIRED!
