This location is probably my favorite taco bell in the area. They are always friendly and welcoming plus the food is very well made for fast food. I recommend the burritos!
Every time I've come to this location, the drive-thru wait has been at least 5-10 minutes per car, and twice have been told they're out of different sized tortillas. Seriously? Bad food, slow service, not worth it. Make the trip to South Loop 288 location to save yourself the frustration.
Asked for no lettuce. How hard is it to pay attention? I hate lettuce! And the employees were joking around while I waited in the to go line for 5 min after ordering online. Oh, and the one who made my food was a manager... - lettuce means dont put any lettuce on my tacos. Read your orders. Taking the rest of my order back tomorrow and asking them to make the tacos correctly. Let’s see how that goes. I will write updates on that tomorrow.
Where's the beef?? Just got a crunchwrap supreme with a tablespoon of beef on it, two tacos with two tbs beef each, and a grilled stuffed steak with barely any steak! On top of that, they didn't give me the cinnamon twists I ordered OR a receipt to call corporate about this craptacular experience.
Fast, friendly service. Got my order wrong(cashier told me the wrong ingredients when I asked) but replaced it quickly with no trouble. Also they double toasted my order no problem. It does seem to be somewhat dirty in the dining area during most of my visits.
