Pulled up to drive-thru....waited several minutes, kept saying 'hello' but no answer. Pulled up to window and asked if there's a problem with the order sign. 'yes, it's broken'. 'so maybe put a sign on it! - I say there like a fool wasting time'. They knew the speaker was broken, but did nothing to warn customers - just waited until they got frustrated and drive up to the window.
I don't go here very often but when I do Delia I believe her name is always on shift and she is very nice and always maintains a certain quality of customer service and speed of service that really makes me wish I lived closer to visit this location more often. It's a rare thing when I find a manager and or team member at some fast food restaurant that gives me faith in the quality of service of these chains of restaurants. Sorry for the name drop but I always like to give credit where credit is due!
Went through the drive thru late the other night. The kid at the window told my friend that he "only had $5 on the card" so there was a balance due. My friend was confused, knowing he had more money in the bank than that. He had no other payment options so I gave the kid the last of my cash to cover it just to get it over with.
Turns out the kids charged the card the full amount and stole my cash. The manager refuses to take any action or reimburse me. If you go to this location, be very wary.
Waited in a not so long line in the drive thru...I live maybe 6 minutes away from and by the time I got home to eat my food the fries were ice cold. Your better off going inside instead of the drive thru
The ultimate cheeseburger was so good!! And their curly fries are seasoned so nicely :)
Food was good, so 2 stars instead of ZERO. INEXCUSABLE.
