....If only I had a "real" issue, how would it be taken care of ? If this is how the owner resolves things, how will this ever be possible?
The very first problem here - and this should stand out- is that just one particular manager/owner is willing to sling, even the slightest criticism of their establishment, back onto the customer. Customers should be able to have complaints and be able to voice opinions, without "management" or owners saying the equivalent of, "I know you are, but what am I?"
Erica did an excellent job. She's particularly attentive ... She made our pizza perfectly, and did everything like we requested. She's awesome!
What if a manger at Arby's or Dominos called you a "troll" when you had a problem? What if they stalked you?
This place isn't that great. Not a good bar atmosphere here and very dirty. There are better bars on fry
Of course, this particular type of problem is rare.....
Worse yet, I didn't expect this to turn into a stalking case..where he is trying to follow me/read everything I've ever said, and somehow apply it to the issue at hand rather than correct problems...that would be extremely immature....
I've only experienced this particular kind of mistreatment a few times in my entire life...yet I've see it occurring here on several occasions ... What kind of head does this guy have?

I just want to make sure that Erica gets noted for her excellent service. But she can only do so much to make up for the poor ownership/management.
One of the best, if not the best, bars in Denton to visit. Great prices, staff is excellent, and I always feel safe there.
Notice that, no matter what criticism anyone has ever had of this place, some person, I assume the owner, comes out and puts all of the problems back on the chest of the customer.....

I can't comment on the drinks or atmosphere being that I just come here for pizza to-go, but let me tell you the pizza is *fantastic*! Way better than Crooked Crust's, and a lot cheaper, too! $6 for a 12", and it's ready in minutes and tastes great.

After reading all the attacks by the owner, and making it clear that the low marks were for him, high marks were for Erica, he gave me an even better example of why this place has a problem. He confirmed how ridiculous, immature and unprofessional the steward of this establishment is.
Atmosphere was fantastic. Drinks were cheap. We had Marc as our server and he was outstanding. He was prompt and very polite to us all night. Will be coming again soon!
