We had a group of 6 and couldn't get a table at LSA. So we ventured over to Loophole where we were seated right away. Long story short... awesome food, awesome service, awesome drinks, but smoking is allowed which pretty-much ruined the whole experience. So if you are one of the 15% of the US population that smokes, you'll likely have an awesome experience here. The other 85%... just wait for a table at LSA.

This is definitely NOT the bar I remember. The staff used to be so nice and charming. Now, everyone seems apathetic and lacking at their job. I don't think I will be coming back. There are other venues close by that can provide much better service.
Smoking is allowed, which I find nostalgic and not unappealing. Based on the food and drink menu, this place is drastically underrated, likely because many people find tobacco smoke unappetizing. Be aware of sensitivities before you book your party.
I hate to write this because I used to come here all the time but my last 2 visits have been very underwhelming. Our waitresss tonight was, to say the least, incompetent. I had to send my drink back twice. Anytime she checked on our table she'd take one persons drink order and walk off before anyone else could pipe up. Also, the drinks took a good while to arrive.
Fried pickles with delicious breading and the Cuban and fries are extremely tasty choices.
As a first timer, the (non-existent) greeting from the waitress left a lot to be desired; but when I took a seat at the bar, I was approached immediately and service was excellent for the rest of the visit.
Best bar on the square! Great food, drinks and excellent staff!
Excellent pub fare; cold drinks, served promptly; a robust sound system; multiple TVs for games or shows; smoking. Great for late night, even on Sunday.
