It was time for me to have my emissions checked so that I could get my car tags. Tanner Barfield was excellent!! From the time I drove in, he came out and took care of every detail in an expeditious manner, including a complimentary car wash. Thank you Tanner for getting me in and out quickly!! I was well-pleased with your hands-on approach.
I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra a few months ago. I was assured that the vehicle had been inspected and serviced (oil change, etc.). I truly believe that that was a total fabrication. Shortly after getting the vehicle home, the brake light came on and I found that the brake fluid level was found to be very low. Since then I had to replace the tailgate handle, heater a/c blower motor, top off all the fluids because they were low and change the oil (it was totally dirty).
Came here with my parents because they wanted to buy a Honda. Amazing above and beyond costumer service. They showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to shove a more expensive down our throats like most other dealerships would. I am extremely happy with their services. If I could I would rate them 6/5 stars.
I would not trust this dealership and I would definitely not buy anything from them.
Shortly after posting my original review, I received a call from the managing partner of the dealership. After some discussion concerning the issues with the vehicle, we came to an amicable agreement. The dealership is making good on the issues.
I had a wonderful experience when I went in to get a oil change. My advisor Ali was exceptional. He explained everything to me and came over occasionally to check on me. I was out in no time... thank you very much Ali, you are the best.
This dealership has done a good job keeping my '05 Honda Odyssey running. I bought it used at the Dealer (who had sold it when new to another long-time customer who was trading it in for another Odyssey). At the time, I also purchased an extended warranty which I used this visit to replace parts along with other services (not under warranty). They transport you home and back which is much appreciated. My service advisor was careful and kept me up on how the repairs were done. I'll be back!
