The price I was quoted was less than other nearby Toyota dealerships I contacted (at least those I was able to speak with. Some didn’t answer their phones despite multiple calls).

The final price I paid was about 60% LESS than what I was quoted. That’s because Andy said he doesn’t want to charge his customers for parts/items they don’t need. Since my air filter and cabin filter were still good, they weren’t replaced and I wasn’t charged.

Worked with Mr. Pat Hughes. First excellent experience in any car dealership. No pushing... no selling. Process started over the phone and driving off with a brand new Highlander within 2 days. Traveled to Denton for Thanksgiving, 8 hours away from home. My tire kept losing air, took it in, found a nail in the tire, and had my tire fixed within an hour of me showing up.
