If I could rate it a 0 I would. This was a horrible experience. When i purchased the vehicle and drove it home the engine light turned on. When i purchased the vehicle I was promised everything was going to be fixed. The following Monday they contacted me to let me know that I had to sign some papers for them to start on the repairs. So I arrived at the dealership and they wanted me to re-do the contract because the bank that had given me the loan said the truck was not worth what the selling price was. As I was re-signing the new contract they were selling me the truck for a higher price than what the ad had it for. As I caught that higher selling price I asked the loan officer why they were selling it at that price and he tried to give BS. As I signed the contract I asked them for a contract stating that they were going to fix my vehicle. I left my vehicle there to get repaired. And It was not repaired all they did was erase the codes/check engine light. I took it 2 other times and it was no fixed either! They had me back and forth driving from fort worth. I had to contact my bank letting them now what was going on and the bank had to open a case. The bank determined to terminate the loan. This went on for a month. I ended up returning that truck. The manager did not even have the courtesy to apologize or refund me my down payment when i arrived, he sent one of his employees to do all of that when he personally said over the phone that he was going to take care of me when i arrived. The staff is nice at first, but as soon as you purchase the vehicle you are on your own. When i would try to reach them the sales person was never available!! They gave me a lot of run arounds!!! People be very careful when going to this dealership!!

Our salesman Mike was awesome. He helped us find just the right vehicle. He showed me their service facilities and explained their maintenance program. The purchase process was smooth and easy. My only issue is that the actual price is higher than the price listed online because they charge a "certification" fee which we were unaware of until it was time to sign the papers. Ask about this upfront so you won't be surprised. I will say I believe the certification is worth having. After some negotiation were satisfied with the final price. Overall it was a good experience and they worked with my out of state husband to get us into the vehicle quickly. I would recommend Sign It Drive It to anyone in the market for a used car.

I visited many other places looking for a car for my son and most places the pictures online are different than when you see the car, this place their cars were just like the pictures and they take care of the car before they try to sell it.
I'm pleased overall with the experience of buying from Sign It Drive It today. They seem like honest, straight shooting people for the most part. My handler, Mike, was great. He's a good personality and great at making a first-time buyer comfortable.
But overall I'm satisfied with my deal & the dealers.
My only gripe about the process is that it was far lengthier than I expected. I know something as intricate and serious as buying a car takes time but certain things, such as waiting 30 minutes for one person to go talk to another person about rates, or waiting 20 minutes to get keys once I've already bought the car kind of bothered me. Seemed like unecessisary waiting for very minor parts of the transaction.
