This place is very clean they have an amazing staff I was in and out within an hour! I dread going to emergency rooms but this is by far the best experience I have had gets quick and easy! Thank you
Went to ER for wrist pain/cyst. I was in within 5 minutes. Extremely professional, friendly and thorough. Followed up that day and complete assistance in finding me the best orthopedic doctor for future treatment. I’ve been around for 50 years. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a hospital. Arrived at 5am. 5 nurses in one room attendant to my son. Excellent care thus far, attentive listening and accommodating nurses. Clean room and equipment. Everyone has communicated effectively with us. A very different and nice experience from most ER facilities. I hate hospitals but this groups of individuals has made this a pleasant experience.
We plan a surgery, and there was hardly any wait time. Staff was all professional and friendly. They try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Even the food was better than normal hospital food. The only thing my wife notice is they would not let her come in to the surgery recovery because of so many patients. Dr Boah with the Texas Back Institute highly recommend very professional, polite, knowledgeable. Would most definitely recommend him.
I recently moved to Texas...I cant believe hospitals like this exist. So, unfortunately I get terribly sick while my husband is put of town on business. I have a 1 & 4 year old. I was so ill, I called 911, ambulance took me to this hospital (my first & last time here). The Dr, came in and introduced himself, got hand sanitizer and then left. Then nurse came in and said what the Dr diagnosed me with sand wrote a script and said they really need to discharge me cause someone else needs this room. I'm still sick & how can the Dr say a diagnoses without an examination? Next, I came via ambulance and need. way back bc I'm new to Texas and don't know anyone...was too sick to think of my wallet. They left and came back with a sheriff who immediately says "Lady, this is our problem, get up or I'm going to arrest you for trespassing and your kids will be in CPS custody". WOW! I'm definitely getting my lawyer on this. This was the most inhumane treatment I've ever experienced. Ever.
