Receptionist is great! Waiting area is clean and inviting. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Imagining professionals are friendly and competent. I've gone there for 2 years and would recommend this imaging center to anyone!
Staff are wonderful people and truely care for their clients!! I drive from Fort Worth every year because of the peace of mind and comfort they provide.
Suite 210 treats people with Medicade like crap!! The office is nasty, the receptionist are not friendly. I got a blood test done 2wks ago and the doctor said she would call if anything was wrong. I called today to see if everything was okay with my health and they told me they couldn't find mine lab results.. Im currently pregnant and i dont feel like these people really care about my health.please do go here this place sucks bad
Absolutely the worse experience of my life. Two hour wait in a gown in the waiting room. Insurance not done. Dr's orders not done. No apologies from staff. I had to take the day off and run all over town getting Dr's orders after because they neglected to get them or tell me they needed them. Completely inept. To leave a patient in a waiting room in a gown for 2 hours is unacceptable. To not do pre insurance check and to just say it's the patients responsibility to know and do so. When it was all said and done I went to another mahogany place across the street that was 1/2 the cost and far more respectful of my time and privacy. Not only do I not recommend this place is advise you to run from it. It's been since October and there is still no resolution to my complaints and no apologies. They are complete rip off artists and DRMC should break ties with them.
I'm in and out quickly. I appreciate that they value my time.
